Announcement
For the second half of the meeting, Keith Alcock will lead a discussion of code
generation: writing programs that write programs. The recently published book
"Code Generation in Action" by Jack Herrington provides the impetus for
the discussion. To the book's examples Keith will add several from his own
experience in the language technology domain. Their benefits include some not
addressed in the book such as performance and obfuscation. Everyone is encouraged
to bring their own examples (or even samples) to contribute.
